I don't follow people like Affleck, so I was a little surprised to hear how, well, stupid he is. That he wouldn't allow Sam to unpack his position was infuriating. "LALALALALA - I don't hear you!"
Sorry, Ben. It's not just about a few bad apples. It's about the bad set of ideas which are fundamental aspects of a religion. Affleck's argument actually makes Sam's case: The moderates ascribe to a watered down version of Islam. Ergo, it is the degree to which one follows the doctrine which is responsible for the Jihadists.

The catholic religion has a ton of bad ideas too if you take the bible literally. There is a reason why we call gay's ******s as a derogatory term. The word wasn't invented during hockey practice either.
