There is this type of air blast noise that is used a lot on techno how do I achieve this sound, it kind of sounds like whitenoise??

Is it a kick layered with a cymbal and like mega reverd resulting in like a splash and low verb fading out? thats used a lot

With that, add some white noise, maybe lower the kick in volume and add reverb to the kick.
