i don't even eat Chinese food anymore because i know it won't live up to my standards.

it's pretty much impossible to find a Chinese place out here that serves scallion pancakes and cold sesame noodles and GOOD hot & sour soup.

Fried dumplings are the best. Gotta dip it in the plum sauce, though.
