Ive been hearing a lot of people talk about listening to music while there sleeping. Can someone tell me why they do that, and what kind of stuff they like to have on?

I'm always listening to music, and at the end of the day I can be so sleepy that I drift away listening to anything. Most of the time before I sleep I'll listen to something from Global Underground, usually 007 or something similar.

I was once so used to do this, that I couldn't sleep without listening to trance...

Now, I do it sometimes...depends on my mood...

Ive never gone to sleep listenning to music , but i love just chilling and being spaced out to some Cass and Slide.

i klisten to any electronic music as im falling asleep, dosent matter how pumping and hard it is. normally radio 1 (in UK) is nice to listen to while falling asleep, unles s its all that rnb and rap shite persoanlly i like BT, chicnae, salt tnak fo rgoing to ebd with

I actaully don't listen to a lot during the day at all, I mostly listen to trance 1-2 hours through my headphones when Iam in bed. What I listen to depends on what I feel like really...sometimes I like really banging stuff, other times I just want more chillout stuff

I've been listening to music when going to sleep for a while now,

no reason to explain it, I can sleep without it (might struggle a bit more) but its just time to drift off and think about whatever

Usually if I'm trying to pass out, I put on some chillout tunes. Lately, I've been listening to AvB - Boundaries of Imagination. Otherwise I pass out listening to stuff like Gielen, Pvd sets, etc.

I usually listen to some chillout before I go to bed but I cannot tolerate any music ,especially music, while I sleep as I am a light sleeper.

I listen to either Deep and Chilled Euphoria, or Chilled Euphoria pretty much every night as I'm going to sleep...I guess my room would seem "empty" now if I didn't have anything playing..
