I was inadvertantly starting this thread so that girl would show up, i came across her before but couldnt remember her name. what is it?

and does she never wear the same outfit twice?

I'm fairly sure that French culture dictates that clothing shouldn't be washed but thrown away or used as home heating after wearing.
