Andersson learned last week that the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (FÃ¶rsÃ¤kringskassan) was cancelling disability payments for whiplash injuries she suffered in a car accident six years ago.

While driving to work, she was hit from behind and has had problems with pain in her neck and shoulders ever since.

But in November, the agency ruled that Anderssonâ€™s injuries could no longer be considered work related, resulting in the cancellation of her monthly work-related disability payments of 7,700 kronor ($934).

The agencyâ€™s decision comes following an assessment from a doctor suggesting that Andersson could return to work if she had breast reduction surgery.

â€œIâ€™m 99.9 percent sure that it wouldnâ€™t make a difference if I had surgery on by breasts. Itâ€™s not ideal to have neck injuries and at the same time have heavy breasts, I understand that. But the injury would still be there after an operation,â€ said Andersson.

The same doctor had previously diagnosed Andersson as having psychiatric problems, a diagnosis which she successfully appealed.

Andersson is currently considering an appeal of the ruling to have her payments withdrawn.

â€œI had understood authorities to be impartial, but I donâ€™t feel that way any longer. I see this as more of a political judgment than a medical one,â€ she said.

don't be misleading lira, she is not being sued. with the current more rightleaning goverment, they started to crack down on people's medical benifit payments, they've shut down the payments left and right. my mother has been battling the Social Insurance Agency for a while now for her payments caused by her work which got cancelled after them claiming she can work fully 8 hours when it's bullshit.

Fake breasts are usually quite disgusting, especially the ones that are so large they cause back/neck pains. If her breasts are naturally that large, that's a different story. But if she has intentionally altered her body in a way that exasperates her condition, then I think I understand why they would take away disability benefits.
