You'd do better in the Producer's forum LINK HERE
A word of caution though; you will want to come up with a more concise question if you want any help from this site. Blanket questions for broad general knowledge will likely be met with a response of "google it" or worse.
Needing to "learn about EQ's" is a tall order for random folks and most are not going to invest the time to sum up information and teach you things that you can easily research online. What do you want to know about EQs, what sound are to trying to create, and where are parts you feel are suffering because of poor EQing? If you have been working on tracks, great, then provide examples; ask "why does X part of my track sound like Y and what can I do to make it sound like Z?"
Furthermore, the whole "how do I make a decent track" is total flame-bait. Decent is very subjective, and most of what you will get is anecdotal advice from many different sides. I assume you're producing because you have a need to express youself musically, and thus must have some idea of what you want your track to sound like. Let us know what sound it is you are going for.
Just tryin to save you some hassle. Good luck.
**Edited for terrible grammar.**
