Finally managed to get my mixer workin in HUI mode so the alphatrack is not necassary anymore, pee emm for details

Whats it like to use as opposed to something with multi faders?

It works fine, pages through DAW faders perfectly, only selling as i have my mixer set up as an 8 bank midi controller now
