It's incredibly violent and disturbing, but it seems a lot like a next-gen Silent Hill Origins. It borrows heavily(i'd go as far to say as entirely) off other works. Hell, the drill torture scene might as well be motion-captured from the Eli Roth film, Hostel. Virtually no difference!
If you liked Silent Hill Origins (for whatever reason), and wished to see some richer graphics, pick this up. Other wise, don't.
Even Silent Hill 4 was better. Same piss gameplay mechanics, with an excellent story (and no annoying children voice actors)
