so far, the most sucessful song, is DJ Tiesto - Close to you.

its not really trance...but meh. it works.

So yeah, how do you people introdcue your friends into trance?

beat them on the head with a trance stick

Grab them, tie them up, duct-tape a pair of headphones to their heads and play all of your trance CDs and MP3s in one big playlist. Leave them there alone until the playlist is complete.

And if that doesn't work, try Photo bot's trance stick.

you make em cds
you play trance whenever theyre around
you invite them to more parties
you brainwash em
you stalk em around till she/he starts liking trance

Play them some "proper" trance, remember, most of the general public think Ian Van Dahl and Lasgo are trance, so start with somethin' more melodic and uplifting (definitely not sumthin hard edged) then ease them in, give em a cd or sumthin. It worked for me, converted my mate to a fully fledged vocal trance addict.

Invite them over for an evening. Make them comfortable, maybe make a cup of tea, or ice tea if it's hot out or whatever. Possibly even get them stoned or drunk or high on whatever is their preferred poison. ensure that everything they need is within reach, and make sure that the environment is one of peacefullness.

then put on a good mix CD, i suggest Dj Tiesto - Magick 6, or Paul Oakenfold - Tranceport.

Hopefully they will be trance addicts by the time it's over.

but, if they aren't, then don't bludgeon them with it, some people just don't like it, and you will risk them HATING it, instead of just being indifferent. or even worse, in extreme cases, you might end up losing a friend.
