Yohan - The MegaTrance mix 2008 (8hrs of ubertrance tunage!)

It's been a while since I spun some serious trance. So yesterday, I was sick and was rather bored and inspired by rather epic performance by Ferry Corsten on Sun, I made this set.

I believe in versatility as a DJ, and in this set, I tried to cover a lot of ground. From euphoric to uplifting, techtrance to some hard(er) trance, taking bits from 2000 to today. I tried not to anthem bash either. Hopefully I was able to put together a set that's worth a look.

I've listened to about an hour so far (in my car periodically) and I can say the the tunes are fine for the most part and the mixing is definitely on point (reminds me of Armin's which is always on-point without many mistakes but without too much experimentation though there really isn't room for much with trance), my only gripe is the epicness. That's all it is is epic after epic after epic. There wasn't really any build into the epic either, it went in full on pretty much. Dunno if I could do another 7 hours of it, but for the one hour it was pretty fun and there were some nice sounds to be heard.
