I tried to choose the flag of my country in the country chart, but I couldn't find Basque Flag, so I had to put European Flag
If there are other "countries" like Greenland, Gibraltar, Scotland, Wales or Norfolk Island, why not Basque Country (also called Euskadi, Euskal Herria, País Vasco, Pays Basque, ...)?

I (and Basque People) don't agree with that. Basque Country is a country like his name says (Basque Country) It hasn't an own state like also Scotland and Wales that are in Great Britain. We are divided in Spanish and French state, but we are a country like Scotland and Wales.
Otherwise Gibraltar is included like a country, and it isn't a country. It's a British colony.
If Gibraltar, Scotland and Wales are included, why Basque Country not?

I haven't said anything about provinces. I'm talking about the countries. We have the same political status that Scotland and Wales. And of course much more than Gibraltar for example.
I'm only asking: "Why they have their flags and we not?"
You said that Basque Country is not a country. That is a non-sense. Basque Country = País Vasco (País means country in Spanish) = Pays Basque (Pays means country in French) = Euskal Herria (Herria means country in Basque Language) = Euskadi (that word was invented by Sabino Arana. The founder of Basque Nationalist Party)
So this means that Basque Country is a Country. Nobody call it like Basque Region or anything like that. Also Spanish and French President says "Pais Vasco" or "Pays Basque".
And the question is "Why Scottish, Welsh and Gibraltarian flags appears and Basque Flag not?"

so you are saying, just because it has country behind it, it should have his own flag, so that means that Miss Proximus should have her flag for Friesland <--means country in dutch.....
it is a flag for countries, and basque isn't a country....
