MIDI CONNECTION

hey guys,

do any of u have a yamaha motif xs keyboard?
I am basicaly trying to connect my keyboard to cubase.

I want to use it as a midi controller. How do i do it? I connected it, but how about the settings etc?

Iv been trying to do it for hours -_-

Location: Hollywood....

The mofif has usb out, which you will use transmit midi.

Go to the yamaha site, download the correct driver, install them, then connect the usb cable between your computer and motif.

Now in cubase devices, select the midi in and midi out as the motif.

That should do it.
