Do you know what a bootleg is?

i know from time to time they become remixes and get released once the copyright and permission and whatnot gets figured out.

i need an answer to a question and i'm not asking what a bootleg is. what is your purpose in this thread Chimney?

Yea, time to time. Tell that to Filo & Peri regarding their bootleg of the Heroes theme or Pascal Feliz's "Bootleg day" - when those are going to be released ^^.

Furthermore I doubt anyone here can provide a better answer than mr Ledger himself which probably can be reached through myspace.

Well define "good". The Filo & Peri remix of the "Heroes theme" was amazing, and I was very fond of "bootyleg" day (which was a U2 - Beautiful day remix). The F&P remix of the theme won't be released because those NBC guys won't allow it.

About the booyleg day, I asked Pascal Feliz and he replied with ...wait for it...."it might be put up soon, stay tuned". This was a long time ago.

Sebastian also has a nice bootleg of "Marilyn Manson - Beautiful people".

Leger's remix of Beautiful People is cleared and will be released on Pryda along with an Eric Prydz Remix, according to Seb himself.

i've heard the Beautiful People remix before. not a huge fan of it.

i've wanted to hear a good remix of beautiful people for ages. the leger one sucks. IMO it should be proper hard trance along the lines of cj bolland's the prophet. i guess prydz' remix won't be something like that either…
