The board is arranged improperly. The black queen and king need to be switched (queen on own color, king on opposite color, opposing kings and queens facing each other).

oh yeah, didnt even notice that!

i hate hate hate it in movies when people are playing chess and they have the board around the wrong way. how hard is it to get right ffs?
