Who or What is DJ Otzi ?

Hi this is my first post im noob at this forum so please be patient with me, well i was in my facebook account and i joined a group called "we hate scooter" then at discogs i saw a few reviews and a guy posted that they have success like "dj otzi" then i saw this video at youtube djotzi

there are a lot of comments like "this is crap" but that's not surprise for me(because the track sucks) ,there are people who defends that guy
well the guy is damn funny, what do you think about this?

he is an austrian pop singer who had some success in german speaking countries in the last few years (and maybe in other countries too). he has nothing to do with techno and is more like an après-ski party guy

He maybe has success like Scooter, but not the other way around. Scooter in the 90's was awesome.
