Mastering Live Sets...

Everytime I record live sets they sound flat. How do the big DJ's do it? Their sets sound really bright, really crisp, specially the Essential Mixes and Radio FG. Do they do some sort of post-production work to them?

Any light on this would be helpful.

you can get quite close with Izotope Ozone and some of the presets...

if you prefer fancy stuff, just slap an L3 by Waves on your master out and see if you like it, you might want to add a light compression on your master too, it will sound tighter.
