Mixing with your mind - anybody read it?

Hi all,

Curious if anybody has read this book and if so, if it is recommended.

http://www.mixingwithyourmind.com/preview_intro.php

It was recommended by a music school.

cheers

I have the book. It's interesting enough, provides a good approach to tweaking compression settings and hearing what you're doing. I've only read it through one time though, got a few things out of it. Some sections didn't really grab me as much. He has some different approaches to things, some of which didn't really appeal to me.

I'll have to read it again, see how much more I get out of it now. On balance, it's a decent book, well worth having. Better than others I have, but not as immediately useful to me as 'the mixing engineer's handbook'.
