I just saw someone use it. They don't run much faster, but they have a cool "flash" trail behind them and are invincible while it is in effect. Great way to distract sentries while pyros kill them or to bust through enemy lines without an uber. The baseball is also hella-funny when it hits a heavy

I think they nerfed the demo a little so his stickys aren't as powerful.. They gave the soldier the ability to carry more rockets (I think 24 instead of 16). Some of the animations and sounds were changed for the engie.. The spy backstab is also instant now..no more waiting while he brings his knife up before stabbing..it happens fast There are a also few engine optimizations so the particle effects on certain weapons look better. They update something every week so the game keeps getting more and more polished. I love it.

Finally got back into it.
Went straight to a new map with the air balloons where you race for capture points and then the finish line.
It's still a bit bugged but nice game concept. I enjoyed it quite a bit.
The only thing is once you get a good lead, it's impossible for the other team to catch up so needs some work there. Cannons would be awesome.

I'm pretty sure that is not an official map Most of the valve maps are well designed and balanced..but user-created maps can be a bit weird.
