Pad sound !

Have heard this pad countless times was wondering can anyone re-create it or have heard a preset similar .. Im a TI user by the way .. but cant seem to get it to sound this good ! maybe its the chords thats played that gives the sound i.e layered ! any ideas ?

can be heard clearly from 0.50 to 1.00 then the volume is reduced ..

i heard two elements there one was the standard pad witch can be made on most synth/vsts and the other was a good classical string and this can also be found on most synths.
