It's a brilliant sound. I know the one you mean, even without the sample - Enigma's trademarks are that shakuhachi sound, that lush, lush pad and that gregorian choir.

As BOOsTER said, a lot of GM MIDI sets have a shakuhachi sound, as do many samplers, but they're not going to sound like the Enigma one. Does anyone know which synth/sampler Michael Cretu used, or was it a real instrument?
It'd also be nice to know what he used for his pads...I just found some websites and read some interviews...he rates his Roland JV1080 highly...but I couldn't see anything specifically about the shakuhachi or pad...
