DJ Coffin Recommendations

I'm looking into buying a coffin to house my 2 cdj-1000's and a djm-800. I've looked at Road Ready, Pro Cases and Odyssey thus far but can't decide which one is the best bet for my money. Road Ready seems to be the highest priced of the three while Pro Cases offers a lifetime warranty which the others dont. If anyone has any recommendations or suggestions on these and other brands of coffins please chime in.

Thanks

from my experiance Road Ready may be the most expensive but they are very well built and will protect your gear from a ton of abuse, ive had mine for 3 years

IF you are moving your gear alot I would suggest getting seperate cases for each part of your equipment just in case something DOES break

separate cases is the way to go, hauling around a huge and heavy coffin sucks big time, and it's even heavier with all the gear inside, nevermind trying to find a vehicle to haul said large coffin

Different cases is for sure the way to go. That way if you sell just one CDJ for a turntable or visa versa, you can just get one new case instead of buying a whole new oddly shaped large coffin. But Road Ready is for sure the best around. I've had mine for a year and they have kept everything safe.

thanks for the quick responses! I'm going to look more into the road ready separate cases for my equipment as I've never actually tried to haul a huge case around but i'd imagine it'd be a hassle more than a convenience.

I have an Odyssey coffin for my CDJs. I do kind of wish I would have went with separate cases, because it is heavy as fuck and a total bitch to carry. However on the rare occasions that I do play out, its usually just with my laptop and controller.

I don't take it out much, but the coffin fits nicely into my setup in my room without me having to remove the CDJs from it. The ports for cables and such keep everything nicely organized. And when I ever do have to transport it, I just close it up and go.
