Okay. Not a song yet but has potential.
The kick-and-crash hit needs more kick, at least. It also seemed a little over-used and too static. Where there is going to be more than one or two hits, sequential hits should be a little louder. Also, you should figure out a way to be inventive with it - glitch it, slice it - do something to it because it is so over-used it tends to be a cliche'.
I like the call-and-response feel. If you're not sure what I'm speaking of, your track had a "Close Encounters of the Third Kind" feel to it where the bass/lower-line is acting like Earth and the high lead is the aliens (Even though Spielberg made sure that the Jaws Tuba player was on the alien's side - if my music trivia is correct.)
Both those parts could stand a lot of development - even though I liked where the third part/arpeggio came in once the track finally got going. I would have liked to hear more of an interchange with both of them. I got the feeling it was meant to do that, but you're not sure where/how to take that.
If the lower lead is doubling as your bass-line, you really ought to consider putting a much lower bass tone beneath it by one or two octaves, I think; especially when it gets going with the variation.
While it was building, I found myself thinking, "when is this guy gonna do something with it?" I liked the vibe of the build but thought that there was too much stasis (regarding the other parts) than there should have been.
It's still, very much, kind of a skeleton of a song. It sounds like there is still a lot that could be added - even if you're going to keep it minimal. It's a very spartan psy-trance tune, and very much out of mix.
The drums (kick and snare), hi-hats, and percussion all need to be added/added to and/or cultivated. I think you should explore, also, a deeper level of interplay between all of the parts. If you're looking for proof of concept - I'll agree that it has potential, but it needs a lot of work.
