emsay was essentially started by an ex-g/f of mine...
it was meant to be a club for people who like the music, plain and simple. It evolved to a club that also did events to showcase YorkU based DJs..... so yea... technically... non-YorkU talent is kinda against the original madate..... but meh... not all things are meant to be.... understand that in more than one way for sure
Anyways... while she was president, and same with her succeeding president, they kept the events under a good name with some associated charities to donate to, such as breast cancer society. Ah those were the days.
