any one use 64 bit windows xp?

and if so does it work ok? i have fl 8 and 64 bit processor and so on. i do not intend on using the os for anything other then running my daw.

so any info would be cool thank you

i don't think there is any advantage with fl8 on 64bit processor

Hey,

I'm running xp 64 with FL and it does not perform any better. I also have reason and cubase and there is definitely some rewire problems with cubase, memory problems between programs.

If you only use FL it should be fine since hardware support is better now. However, unless you are going to use the system for another piece of 64-bit software its meaningless to install it.

You'd have to be completely insane to use XP 64-bit after Vista has been out for years.
