Unknown Track (Sung in English, but has Latinish/European Sound)

Hello Everyone,

Could you please help me identify this pop song? It was recorded back in the late 1990s and is rather catchy. It sounds latin or at least european. The quality is not the best because it was recorded off of tape cassette, but I believe it is workable. I would appreciate your help with the ID or determining the lyrics of the track. Thank you!
