Anyone here have testimony to the value of the audiophile 2419??

currently have a 1212m but i never used the provided dsp fx or its 192 processing ability. I'm only interested in regular CD mastering or slightly better.

Also, need to know if these cards are supposed to help out the cpu with processing dsp fx... seems like that doesn't actually happen with my computer, you have to use the provided fx that come with the card, which processes only on the card and causes a slight but noticeable 40ish ms delay between note hit and note on. Can't use arranger fx processed on the card?
