No Shit, really???

I always thought she was a male DJ/Producer, just goes to show how blinkered we all are when it comes to Dance music, totally male dominated

She is Japan's top pop singer at the moment with Ferry Corsten, Dumonde and Vincent De Moor doing quite a few remixes for her tracks.

but EVERYONE thinks that Alice DeeJay is a chick, until that fateful day you realize it's a bunch of guys, and then you realize you don't really give a shit.

trust me i felt the biggest prick when i downloaded trauma - ayumi hamasaki(dumonde mix) and loved it so decided to download every other tune ever made by ayumi hamasaki. qued up about 100 tunes in AG. they all turned out to be ballads which i deleted very quickly. her vocals sounds brilliant in trance but dont really like them anywhere else.

hahahha! nice one!

I loved Ayumi Hamasaki's j-pop songs long before I discovered the remixes. She's my favourite non-dance artist. I think she's supposed to be the most remixed artist in the world...(I don't know how reliable that source is though).

End Roll(Neuromatic mix)
Seasons (DZ mix)
Duty (Sky Modulation mix)
Fly High(supreme mix)
Audience(Darren Tate Instrumental)
as far as her being the most remixed artist... its very very possible. If you search any one of her singles, there are at least 9 remixes of each. :O !!!

I read somewhere on the interweb that she changes her "image" every 6 months..and you thought that North American fans were fickle and easily bored! (the average amount of time between "image changes" for American pop stars is something like 11 months.

Cheers.
