Religion
...only serves to shackle the masses and create a protected class. It is the opiate of the people and is just a fixed fantasy that can only slow down the expansion and extension of the human race. It is the cancer that is killing us.

Without organized religion (if such a thing were possible) as it is, things would probably be extremely different. Where would we be, then? Religiously following something else, no doubt.

Which is very sad.
If a spacefaring species came across us I feel they would more than likely rather see us wiped out, than spread our diminutive seed to the rest of the universe.

It's so easy to point out the negative aspects of religion, but have you ever stopped to think of the positives? I guess it's hard when you are emo and live in colorado

Now, did I actually point out any negative aspect with my post, or did I merely say that things would be "extremely different"? Keep up, chach.

but honestly I'm more the certain you were not thinking anything positive. Having seen your posts in the past and how you view religion would lead me to reason so.
