For what reason are you busting his balls?
He is marketing a service to a forum that could use someone offering such a service, and at £10 a track, it's not a bad deal, given that he has some decent equipment.
OP...are you open to running a few samples of our work, to measure your output?
You might want to add references/client list/samples of your work to your site. Other than that, you guys look credible.

it is rude for a first post regardless
at least be a little more personal.
They obviously don't care enough about you to spend 1 minute on you, how much time will they spend on your track?
maybe its great, maybe not
but it isn't really good marketing.
equipment isn't a seller for me.
There were no references or samples or i just missed them.

You have 32 GB of RAM and low latency, what do you need a mastering service for?

Their inability to market to your emotions isn't really a barometer for the quality of work they might do. They are technical people, not really marketing wizards. Just ask for a demo like Anthony and I did. When it comes to services, i'd be running from the ones that are great at marketing. Think about it.

If less is more think about how much more more would be.

the mastering houses i know don't post on forums because they don't need the business. It actually looks desperate. I'm sorry but no examples or references is bad marketing when your strategy involves posting on forums. And if i'm reading the price correctly , 10 pounds ? You'd have to be brain dead to waste your time. You would run away from good marketing, which usually means the people in charge are not retards, yet you see something for 20$, which means they will put it in preset chain, and that doesn't make you a little suspicious ?
let me dumb it down for you Kismet7 since you've been kinda arrogant
Only a moron would pay someone 20$ to master a track
Only a moron would actually believe good mastering costs 20$
Are you a moron ? I'm not sure. you don't have to answer. But i raised some very valid points that i just don't think you've ever thought about because someone that thinks 20$ is a selling point has probably never had anything mastered before. Do what you want.
REcording studios that are going under are desperate and this is usually the typical cold calling they do to attract inexperienced morons that don't know better. They know that anyone that would pay the money couldn't tell what mastering should sound like so for them , its great. 20$ for 5 minutes of work. That is how much time they will spend on your track. and that is being generous.
