Help! tough mixer choices

So i just sold my djm 800 cause i didn't really use the effects, except for the filters, and now i kinda miss the tap button. But essentially it was overkill and I'm trying to 'downgrade' cause it wasn't that special anyway.

Basically, i want a 4 channel mixer, i dj using ableton and rune 4 channels out of my interface into the mixer, and mix mostly, by hand. The only feature i really care about is led's on the channel stips (i'm in the only one that thinks this is important)

these seem like my best options

my local dj store will do the xone 62 or evo 4 for 700, i think...

which would you prefer, its kinda a toss up for me, midi vs filters, i don't need midi control on my mixer (have controllers)

but my preferred effect would be filters

i think i can talk the store down on the xone 42 to 1100...worth the extra price? didn't seem that nice

I don't really want to spend more than 800

so i started to convince myself that i could live with three channels for the time being. but are any of the three channel mixers that great?

rane??

I was also offered a tascam x9 for 500??

sq is my main concern as i also use the mixer for a live pa..
i know they're probably comparable, but i though the djm was very clean and clear but lacked character.

thanks for any help

or other suggestions

700 for an Evo4 is a good price, IMO. It's normally what, something around 1400?

For me, it was between the DJM-800 and the Evo4, and I went with the DJM-800 because I wanted to try a different mixer (previously used a Nuo4).

If you don't use effects anyway then there may not be a point in getting the Evo4, since it has two effects banks. Maybe the Nuo4.0 (updated version of the Nuo4 without MIDI) would be a better choice? It has VU meters for each channel.

Or what about the Xone:92? It's got the 4-band EQ and filters for mixing.

edit: 92 may be out of your 800 price range.
