This is about abuse towards women. I know that when a woman gets abused (physically, emotionally) it's not her fault, and people always say the man who does such a thing is sick...but what about the woman who stays in/seeks out abusive relationships? Clearly she has some kind of sickness as well, no?
edit: I'm not in any way suggesting any person deserves abuse. Just saying that it seems like nobody ever wants to examine the possibility that the woman has issues as well. At least not out in the open.

it usually starts with the guy sweeping the girl off her feet, and then turning into a possessive dick and the girl doesn't even see it coming. guys who abuse seek out the insecure types and just break them down and manipulate, etc...
but i have a hard time sympathizing with women who return to abusive men. i can understand going back after a very isolated drunken blowout or something and maybe the guy just lost it and got physical and didn't remember, but just going back to a guy who constantly treats you like dirt AND abuses you is just fucking lame and weak.
