I'm actually really worried about my salt intake. Recommended is something like 2100mg a day and I figure I've been getting somewhere around four or five times that much. My arteries must be harder than Ron Jeremy.

We also have Kettle Chips here. I am addicted to the Chilli flavoured ones.

I think my anatomy professor said you eat fast food once or twice a week and you;ve already had your salt intake for the week!

so yeah.. I don't like to add salt when I cook like chicken and stuff.. my boyfriend HATES it! (i season it with garlic and onions etc).

I just know I get my salt intake elsewhere
