Ok, I just bought this album, and can SOMEONE SAY
THIS IS A FUCKING PIECE OF CRAP SHIT AHHHHH I AM GOING INSANE
Paul Oakenfold is really nervracking, and his tracks are
pissing the hell out of me. I mean, too many vocals in his cd
get quite annoying, especially when Nelly Furtado starts singing
in one of those songs, and also when ICE CUBE, WE ARE TALKING ABOUT ICE CUBE A FREAKING RAP ARTIST WITH A TRANCE DJ? Yeesh, I think Paul
Oakenfold smoking alot of crack
What do you guys think of this?
I think it's pure bull
And Im starting to hate Paul Oakenfold
But some people like him
yeah, well didnt you know that his new album was not trance? The only track i like is southern sun. ready steady go is a stupid song. i really do hope he makes a really good electronic album soon for his true fans.

Some Things To Take Note Of:
1. Paul Oakenfold's Sets Are 45% trance and the other half House/Breaks/Deep House & ect. So the term "Trance Dj" with Paul Oakenfold now is kinda unrational because his style now is more of the opposite.
2. Alwayz research before buying an album. Reviews for this album have been around for months and it clearly states that this album is breakbeats & contains few if no trance elements. Paul Oakenfold went back to his roots for this album.
3. The two rap songs made werent made for his cd although he decided to use them. Get Em Up Featuring Ice Cube was made for the Blade 2 Soundtrack which also contains Moby feat. Mystical & other major electronic artist working with hip-hop artist. That was the theme for that album and that song was included.
Paul was also asked to do another project for a TV Spot Commercial. "Starry Eyed Suprise" feat. Crazy Towns Shifty Shellshock was the one and it was also included in this album.
Bunkka is an Album which contains music from Ambient to Breakbeat to Trip Hop to Hip Hop to Electronic Music in General. You have to have an open mind and have a liking for these genre's or else you wont apreciate or enjoy listening to this album at all.

i saw the album today, didn't really interest me though. from what i've heard from Oakenfold, he doesn't appeal to me too much
There is an alternative radio station here that is locally supported. They started playing Ready Steady Go as a test track for people to vote on. The last time I checked it was 75 % yes, 25% no. The song is horrid. I emailed them with my opinion playing this track in a regular rotation because there is so much better out there. SS does nothing for me either.. bah. Fade away Oakey.

So what do YOU think of that ablum??? I'm just wondering, I know you have been listening to alot of his latest livesets over the past few months, as you have always been doing the tracklists for them, and I had thought about buying the ablum, but wasnt sure??
i kind of agree that oakie plays a lot of different genres of music. for me, i only listen to his trance stuff. i cant live a day without trance!

No matter if he likes to sing opera at his spare time, i want him to go back to
the more "trancy-feel", like his essential mixes.. thoose will live forever.
But I gues artists evolve in different ways all the time, I think you notice it quite
clearly when an artist has rocketed up they so often suddenly change direction in their
musical interest and start producing crap (compared to what they producted earlier)..
I guess they are just waiting for their big break(beat) so they can start experimenting with drugs and the music that they really wanna do.
