If the S2 had 4-Band EQ like the Xone:92 it would be the best mixer on the market, IMO. Only reason I'm going with the 92 instead, is because it's a table top sitting mixer. Remember, the S2 is rack mount, so you'll have to have a table that will accommodate that (Or build/buy one). The S2 is so sexy, otherwise. Only real gripe I have with it is the placement of the headphone jack. Right in the middle of the mixer is an odd-place to put it (Not right in the middle, but in the top-right area of the face).
EDIT: Unlike the DJM-3000 which still kept the inputs/outputs on the back of the mixer, the S2's in's/out's are on the bottom of the mixer, so you won't be able to table rest it like your 3000, is what I'm getting at.
Sounds like you're in the same boat as me otherwise, I'm jumpin' on the Allen & Heath bandwagon really shortly here too (coming from a DJM-400). If you happen to get the S2, please comment about it. Don't know too many people who own one due to the Rack mount style, for home use.
