WTB Mixer

Preferably 4 channels, but I would get a 2 or 3 also.

I'm posting this here because I very much prefer buying locally.

Are you looking for a Beginner Mixer? or something more advanced... Also do you want a mixer you can hook up with MIDI, or just analog?

Also check out Steve's Audio. I'm under the impression that most people are unaware of their quite vast selection of DJ gear.

As online store, I really like AxeMusic.com. I've deal twice with them and never had trouble. They ship fast and cheap !

Xone 92 is a freaking sick mixer, I got to use it this weekend and I liked it a lot... 4band eq... filters, tons of other features... It is a bit on the expensive side though... The only downside I think is that the EQ bands are a bit close together, but then again that is all preference...

yeah definitely it's an investment. used to be like $1700 at moog but i see it listed for $2000 now...must be the recession i guess. so worth it though.

a brand new djm-800 is even more expensive than the 92...which just don't make sense to me...id never take a digital mixer over an analog one..and never for a higher price

I am looking for secondhand - I already know of all the places to buy one.

Second hand Xone 32 would be nice.

I read in a DJM800 vs. xone 92 comparison review that xone wins by filter quality, sound quality when it comes to playing vynil (analog to analog), and the 4band EQ... However the DJM800 has a bunch of effects and if you are playing from CDJs the digital to digital signal is pretty damn good too from what I understand. Also you wouldn't see too many xone92s at clubs in North America, however the DJM800 is probably one of the most common mixers out there, that is probably one of the reasons it is more expensive too....
