a few years ago a few friends of mine came across these great deals for bundles of cell phones from a russian company, and four of us were planning to buy 800 dollars worth of product. The shit never arrived, so we thought they were just being Ruskis and taking their time. My friend tracked the IP down to a location in California, and that's when we knew we had been scammed.
The legal fees to pursue compensation were not worth it since we had only lost 200 a piece, I am pretty sure my friend notified the authorities and did his best to spread the link of the "company". The website was down after a few months, but we don't know if justice was ever served.

Contact the police and claim theft. You've already contacted the company, they will not refund you, and they will not ship your item. That is fraud. Get a lawyer and look into a lawsuit.
Man... I'd be so pissed if I were you right now. That sucks. I've sued people 3 different times to collect on unpaid bills, even though I would barely break even or lose a little money by doing so just as a matter of general principle. Some people think if it's not worth it for you to sue, you won't. Fuck that... I'll take a couple lumps to stick it to some deadbeat assholes!
