I usually eat an omelete, but scrambled and hard boiled too.
You all need to try this:
Make an omelete, with, tiny sliced little onions, baked potatoes, tomatoes, and some cheese.
You need to let it cook ready very slow and close the pan.
In fact, I'm getting hungry, let's have some eggs!!!!!!!

in quebec, in winter, we reach a sugar shack (cabane à sucre), and there is the better eggs you could eat. scrambled, fluffy, 2~3inches high, and bathing in maple sirup!

Hard boiled i haven't eaten omelet for 4 years now used to love it... but last time i eat it, i got very very sick... just the smell of it almost makes me puke now
