or.. you could just hook up a regular Kaoss pad to your computer, and it would probably do the exact same thing

ok guys, I have a little confession to make
This new Kaoss pad will probably never come out in the stores because I made it in photoshop last night
I just thought it was a brilliant idea, (not the hoax though ) a laptop with integrated Kaoss pad. It seems like many djs already use a lot of mp3 when they are mixing so why not? Imagine.. you wouldn't have to bring all you heavy vinyls (they are pretty heavy if you're bringing a great number), all you would have to do would be to turn your Kaoss Laptop on, load a couple of of mp3s in to the mixing software and starting mixing like mad.
Maybe something like that will replace vinyl? hehe
I'd go for the laptop too,if it wasn't for the sound quality i'd devote serious time in it! But things are getting better and people should be more open minded, and lets things go.If future holds a place for computers and not vinyls, then let's accept it! It definetely means less weight and storage room, but vinyl's looking good! For how long though, noone can tell.

it is a briliant idea...... but picture it.... what looks better? DJing with a computer? or DJing with CD's or Vinyl??
and what sounds more fun??
in compuers, most of the stuff are done automaticly.....
and in most computers, MP3 sounds like crap on a heavy speaker system......
and this brilliant idea is probably more expensive than my house...
so I think I'll pass........
