Smoking ..umm..something LOGIC pro question??

is there a way to automate colours like reason.

e.g

every time i open a new track its automatically in a new colour.

i havent seen this option on logic when i load a new track it always goes the same boring colour lol.

i usually do it manually but just checking if theres a shortcut?

that's because logic considers that colors are being associated with track types => software instrument, audio, auxiliary, rewire, etc...

And for that reason, you can't have new colors automatically by default.

However, you can create tracks in a project template of you own, go to the mixer, assign colors to your tracks.

Then, every now and then, you can also use the command track color to regions or alt-shift-c
