Chris Raven - I Know You Love Me Too (Van Bellen Mix) uses the same spoken female vocal sample. I'm convinced it's another track though since it bears no similarities other than that.

Don't know exactly, but I think end of '99. Found it on Tunnel Trance vol. 10, which I burnt to cdr feb. 2000. Other tracks on that cd are i.e. Veracocha - Carte Blanche and Dumonde - See the light, so that should give you an idea of the timeframe we're talking about.
