Guys, I need help IDing attached sample. I think it's about 5-7 years old; I could be wrong. Any info would be helpfull (artist, name, a live set where you may have heard it, etc.)

hmm... I reattached it wtice already, and it still does not play. The link appears to be to the m3u file and not mp3. Is there a trick to posting a file? (it meets all criteria)
