embed clips

can someone please tell me how to embed a youtube url on this site. I cant figure it out for the life of me. every time i upload a link only the URL to youtube comes up not the actually box itself where you can just hit play which i see on here all the times

any help greatly appreciated indeed

yeah im not heaps computer literate lol but thanks. i did copy that one once but i swear it didnt work. and I also tried using embed at either end no go
