Unfortunately Schossow is going to be big. I think his music is repetitive, simple, and unimaginative. Hes got two tracks i really like - Crepuscolo and Girls Suckcess, and a few well-done remixes. But his shit is just...idk, lack of imagination. His MIXES on the other hand, i cant say, never heard them lol

Hes been around for about 5 years now. He became more mainstream within the past 2-3 years or so when he started his radio show. Where have you been?

If you give me the exact date I can get you the mix (whether Bennassi will be on it, I dunno) but if you are talking about Area where u were listening to this I found another topic on a forum which will be relevant. May have something to do with a mislabel on XM Radio:

Regardless what you may think of him as a producer, he is a good DJ and creative in that aspect. He does not play the same thing as all the others. I saw him live here in NY last week and he threw down a nice mix from Electro to Techy and Trancy.

yes, it was on area, and I found that forum post on xmfan.com also. idk about the date, but judging from the forum posts Aug 18, 2009 seems accurate, because the other one's Aug 19, 2009 and said it was "last night."

Well heres my dilemma, neither of those dates match. Tone Diaries was broadcasted on 8/13 and then again on 8/20. Here are copies of both. Let me know if this is what you are looking for, but again there is no mention of Bennassi here.

well, I don't remember anything about tone diary. It was "The Benassi Show" that Marcus Schossow was guest mixing for, though it's possible he used the same set from a current tone diary episode, or that area delayed playing it. It was radio in the car, so I didn't get to hear the whole thing to be sure, but I can't wait to give these a listen, cheers. :]
