Got there and seen a small sign saying it got cancelled, he apparently missed his flight which started the mood for the rest of the night for me.
The crowd sure was having fun with the music that was being played, it had some good tracks and then some other tracks would play that would kill my vibe. Manzone & Strong didn't look to happy up there either, Strong near 3 ish as the place was getting empty had the expression of just get the hell out lol.
Not happy with Wally Lopez at all but it happens

I was pretty hammered and stoned before trying to get in. The guestlist girl picked up on it and told the bouncer. I should have just not talked but I thought I was star and was making jokes with people in the lineup. The bouncer wouldn't let me in and when I was leaving some girls told me Wally Lopez missed his flight. The thread here confirms it so I'm happy I didn't get in. I woulda kept on waiting for Wally to show up...

thats one thing you should never do at an Ink venue. they are very strict with that policy and i think its a good one. people that get let in to a club when they are already intoxicated will usually end up drinking more at the bar and it tends to lead to problems which could've been avoided if the intoxicated patron was denied entry.

The pre drinking thing is a bit much, I hate going to the club with my friends smashed worrying if they are going to get turned away, but at the end of it all if they get turned away it's there stupidity and not mine so i'll get to see the dj & brag about it to them later.

But I'm hype though!
I'm a pretty happy drunk but yeah I guess shit can go down anytime. I think a lot of other clubs use the same policy.

clubs are not legally allowed to let people in if they appear intoxicated
