Can you ID this old eurodance track for me, please? I've had it in my mind for ages, and I've got no idea of what she's saying, so I can't even search for the lyrics.

As to provide you some lulz (and increase the odds of having this tune ID'd), I decided to sing it myself. Here's what I think she says in the chorus:
