I either have the choice of ordering online and waiting for the shipment while Michelle goes insane w/o being able to check her blogs, internet, etc etc for a few days...yeah, you come here and have fun with that...lolz.
If I can find it around here and have to pay a few more buucks than I would online, I am willing to do that than deal with that. Anyhow, my AC adapter is actually only $5 more from the manufacturer than the cheapest 3rd party compatible AC Adapter that I can find.
Was kinda surprised. remember when I ordered two of them a couple years ago when she first got the laptop (always get extra PSes!) and they were like $90 each through HP. Right now, they are only $40 Found one 3rd party at $30, but out of stock. Every other 3rd-party PS is $35. With that difference, I'll just get a first-party one through HP (or amazon.com, which has it at $40 too).
Anyhow...yeah, I'd still be willing to pay a bit more if I can go pick one up somewhere just I don't have to deal with the effects of not having one for a few days. I shall see if I can find a HP repair center around.
