making the scrollbar appear in same style and colour as TA forum

How do i do that? In FF it won't work but in Opera it's (the scollbar) the same black with bluish lines as the rest of the forum.

What to change in Firefox?

gotta do it in windows I think.. Right click desktop, properties, advanced, appearance.. Choose "3D objects" from the pull-down menu and choose your color.

Firefox doesn't support it but it works in IE...
