The first in a new occasional series on Oosh - The Remix Project will feature a range of new interpretations on classic Paolo Mojo tracks. And what a way to begin. OOSH 16 showcases two of the hottest producers in 2009 - Alan Fitzpatrick and Saeed Younan.
Alan Fitzpatrick is first up. Not many producers can release simultaneous EPs on Adam Beyer's Drumcode and John Digweed's Bedrock while scoring an Essential New Tune into the bargain. Here Alan shows us exactly why he's in such demand this year, with his rolling, infectious take on 'Interstellar.' Keeping the main break intact he rolls it all into a trademark funky techno groove that demonstrates exactly why this man is held in such high esteem across the house music spectrum.

Saeed Younan is a man on a mission at the moment. Here he delivers a trademark tribal workout on 'Lauda'. Taking the latin drums of the original and beefing up the groove and ditching all melodies this remix is all about the drums. With Saeed's tracks and remixes on Viva and Younan Music riding high in the Beatport Top Ten, this remix will further cement his re-emergence this year as one of the most in demand tech house artists of the year.
