whatever they were willing to work for?
Super star DJ's have a rep for making a lot of money but they actually have a lot of overhead too. Any promoter with a brain would make sure that the fee is "landed"...

i doubt that they would willingly give it up.
i will say that most fees on the rider have a formula that involve:
capacity of the club/venue
day of the week
how far they have to travel (meaning it is usually cheaper if they are touring nearby, this also means that if they are promoting an album they might play for less.)
i doubt it was 75k marcus...
you also have to factor in personal relationships between promoters and artists. Some guys will play for less for promoters that they have a good working relationship with.
like i said, i doubt you will get a hard number, as it isn't too smart to let the competition know what you are paying, so you can get outbid.
some of this could be wrong, i am only going based on past convos that i have had with a few talents/booking agents.
From what I heard somewhere, on a sunday night for Black and Blue it was 25K for Sasha and Digweed. I don't know if it's 25K each or for both.. and that number isn't even confirmed.
What I do know is that they always have a huge suitcase where they have their dj stock (sasha and digweed's macbook pro's + Sasha's super cool mixer .. + 3 cdj for Digweed + etc ... I simply forgot all that was in but I remember they bring it to every gig so it must cost a lot to transport it from place to place.

I wouldn't be that surprised if they cost 50 k. I guess that they're well worth the money

on international flights you are usually allowed 2 x 21kg bags (laptops would be carry on), so the surcharge would not be very high imo.
john uses traktor now, and they would not bring their own cdjs as it is the same gear they could get here...the only thing they would drag along is sasha's maven.
the rest of the gear they use is not custom and could be rented here.

Fying the gear is not an issue...
what costs money is to fly those divas in business class
some DJs don't care (ex: Radioslave) but some will only fly business
